Evolution of Evolution

Functional Description In the context of the EvoEvo european project we are developing an integrated model of microorganisms evolution. This model will extend the current evolutionary models developped in the team (Aevol and R-Aevol) by adding a metabolic level and an ecosystem level. In 2014, a first version has been developed and released that includes the genomic, genetic and metabolic levels.
